Non Discrimination Policy

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and equitable workplace, our organization upholds the standards set forth in Article Seventeen (17) – Misconduct and Penalties, including the following requirement:

“Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, hazing, bullying or discriminating against any person or group of persons, while in the workplace or performing work duties, or at union facilities or functions, or in any setting that is related to the foregoing, or acting as an agent of this Association, because of their race, ethnicity, ancestry, color, religion, age, creed, national origin or citizenship, sex (including pregnancy or breastfeeding), gender (including gender identity or expression), sexual orientation, marital/parental/family status, military or veteran status, disability, medical condition and genetic characteristics, or other legally-protected class.”
